Operating mechanism

The following actions are undertaken within the Professional Competence Certification:

  1. Selection of competencies subject to diagnosis (selection from the standard CKZ palette and/or supplementation of competencies specific to a particular organization)
  2. Preparation of assessment tools (e.g., dedicated case studies tailored to specific needs), including potential training of additional assessors - representatives of the organization
  3. Communication and explanation of the process and its objectives to Participants
  4. Development Centre - conducting Participants’ competency assessments using the highest quality diagnostic techniques used by SGH
  5. Preparation of Reports, providing feedback - SGH Certificate specifying the level of leadership competencies possessed and suggestions for further development, discussing Individual Professional Development Plans (IDP / IPRZ)

Competence diagnosis

The key to developing a leadership competency development program is a reliable diagnosis of the current competency level. That’s why the SGH Professional Competence Certification program was created. It is based on Development Centre / Assessment Centre experiences. 

Success requires the use of the highest quality diagnostic methods by experienced and independent experts making evaluations.

This provides a basis for determining and implementing an effective Individual Professional Development Plan (IDP - Individual Development Plan).

Competence diagnoses are prepared both for top-level managers and other leaders, as well as for candidates for managerial positions and participants in talent development programs in the organization (talent management). 

The diagnosis methodology assumes the possibility of organization representatives - employers of evaluated employees, also participating as evaluators (Assessors). This further enhances the usefulness of evaluations and gains additional benefits in terms of the development of employees’ and/or key managers’ competency assessment skills.
