Status in terms of compliance with the Act
The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliance or exclusions listed below.

Content inaccessible:

  • Some of the audiovisual materials do not contain any subtitles, audio description or other alternatives.
  • Many elements of the website do not meet the minimum contrast requirement.
  • Operating the navigation menu can be problematic for screen reader users or those using only a keyboard, and certain parts of this menu are not accessible to those users. A temporary alternative solution would be to use the site map, which can be accessed using a link provided in the website footer.
  • On the subpages of the website that allow filtering of content by various criteria, the filters are arranged in reading order and tabulated by the content to which they relate. For this reason, filtering of content can be difficult for screen reader users or those using only keyboards.
  • With some dynamically generated content focus may need to be moved in a non-intuitive way (e.g. backwards).
  • There are links with ambiguous and non-unique names, as well as occasional links that open content in a new window/tab.
  • Links leading to downloadable documents do not provide information on file format and size.
  • Some labels of interactive elements and status messages dedicated to screen readers are in English.
